The Entrepreneurial Journey of Abdul Razak El Mohamad: A Message from the Founder

Abdul Razak El Mohamad is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in accounting, finance, and project management. Born in 1963 in Tripoli, Lebanon, he has lived and worked in both Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates over the course of his career.

After completing his primary, intermediate, and secondary education in Tripoli, El Mohamad went on to earn a diploma in bookkeeping and general accounting, as well as a BA in Islamic Sharia and Law from the University of Tripoli.

El Mohamad began his professional career as an accountant and chief accountant in various companies in Lebanon and Abu Dhabi between 1979 and 1996. In 2001, he established Texxon Trading, a company specializing in lubricants and oil trading in Sharjah, UAE. This was followed by the establishment of Texxon Trading Company in Abu Dhabi in 2004, which expanded into cement and material trading, as well as investments in a cement factory, printing press, and construction companies.

From 2005 to 2008, El Mohamad served as the Chief Executive Director of the National Cement Factory in Abu Dhabi, which had a production capacity of 7,000 tons per day. He also established a steel structure design and fabrication company, as well as a construction and contracting company, during this time period.

In more recent years, El Mohamad has been involved in land development projects in Lebanon, including the “Mountain of Abu Walid Al Haddad” and “Tilal Kfarhabou” projects. He has also ventured into the renewable energy sector, importing and trading solar energy systems and wind turbines.

Throughout his career, El Mohamad has demonstrated strong leadership, financial management, and entrepreneurial skills. He is fluent in Arabic and English and has a diverse range of hobbies, including swimming, table tennis, reading, and public relations. El Mohamad’s message to aspiring entrepreneurs is to embrace challenges, stay adaptable, and continuously seek new opportunities to grow and innovate.
